目的探讨白藜芦醇对不同饲料喂养小鼠血脂水平的影响。方法通过不同剂量白藜芦醇的预防性给药,测量其对高脂饲料喂养和普通饲料喂养小鼠血清中TG、TC、LDL—C、HDL—C浓度及体重的影响。结果相比于高脂对照组,白藜芦醇用药组能明显降低高脂喂养小鼠血清中TG、TC及LDL—C浓度,升高HDL—C浓度,并能阻止高脂喂饲小鼠体重过快增长;而对于普通饲料喂养的小鼠,高剂量白藜芦醇可明显降低小鼠血清中LDL—C、TG水平,对其他血脂指标影响不大。结论白藜芦醇能有效阻止小鼠高脂血症的形成,对高脂饲料喂养的小鼠更明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol on blood lipid levels in different feed-fed mice. Methods The effects of different doses of resveratrol on the TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C concentrations and body weight of mice fed with high-fat diet and normal feed were measured. Results Compared with the high-fat control group, resveratrol treatment group can significantly reduce serum TG, TC and LDL-C concentrations in high-fat fed mice, increase HDL-C concentration, and can prevent high-fat fed mice. The body weight increased excessively; for the normal feed-fed mice, high dose resveratrol could significantly reduce the levels of LDL-C and TG in the serum of mice and had little effect on other lipids. Conclusion Resveratrol can effectively prevent the formation of hyperlipidemia in mice, which is more evident in mice fed with high-fat diet.
