本文就宣贯GB/T10300《质量管理和质量保证》系列标准,建立质量体系时有关体系要素选择与质量职能落实方面的问题进行探讨,以期达到有利于企业质量体系的建立与完善。一、质量体系要素的选择质量体系的建立,是否行之有效,能否保证企业产品或服务质量满足规定的或潜在的要求,关键在于体系要素的选择。GB/T10300.1第七章明确指出:“企业首先对本标准进行研究,然后参照GB/T10300.5,结合本企业的具体情况确定采用哪些要素和采用的程度。以建立本企业的质量体系并使其有效运行。GB/T10300.5对企业质量环中各阶段影响产品质量的技术、管理和人员等因
This article discusses issues related to the selection of system elements and the implementation of quality functions when setting up a quality system, in order to achieve the establishment and improvement of the enterprise’s quality system. I. Selection of quality system elements The establishment of a quality system is effective, and whether it can ensure that the quality of an enterprise’s products or services meets stipulated or potential requirements depends on the selection of system elements. Chapter 7 of GB/T 10300.1 explicitly states: “The enterprise first studies this standard, and then consults GB/T 10300.5, and determines what elements to adopt and the extent to which it is used, in order to establish the quality system of the enterprise. To enable it to operate effectively, GB/T 10300.5 will affect the quality, technology, management, and personnel of the company in various stages of its quality cycle.
