探讨红芪多糖 (HPS)对糖尿病 (DM )及其并发症的防治作用。Wistar大鼠腹腔注射STZ造成DM模型后 ,分为模型对照组 (B) ,伊那普利治疗组 (C) ,HPS高 (D)、低 (E)剂量治疗组 ,另取等量同种鼠为正常对照组 (A)。C、D、E组分别予相应药物灌胃治疗 ,A、B组予等量生理盐水 ,连续 8周。并于第 2、第 8周测定各组动物血糖及NO、NOS、SOD、MDA的水平。结果 :D、E组大鼠血糖较B组明显降低 ,NO、NOS早期升高和 8周时下降趋势不明显 ,SOD活性增强 ,MDA升高不明显 ;HPS对DM的作用与C组相当 ,并呈一定量效关系。
To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Radix Hedysari Polysaccharide (HPS) on diabetes mellitus (DM) and its complications. After Wistar rats were intraperitoneally injected with STZ to induce DM model, they were divided into model control group (B), inapristone treatment group (C), HPS high (D) and low (E) dose treatment groups, and the same amount of rats were taken. The normal control group (A). Group C, D, and E were given intragastrically to the corresponding drugs, while groups A and B were given normal saline for 8 weeks. At the 2nd and 8th week, blood glucose and NO, NOS, SOD and MDA levels were measured in each group. RESULTS: Compared with group B, the blood glucose in group D and group E was significantly lower than that in group B. The levels of NO and NOS increased early and decreased at 8 weeks. The activity of SOD increased and the level of MDA did not increase significantly. The effect of HPS on DM was similar to that of group C. And showed a certain dose-effect relationship.
