在日常应用中炉排、燃烧室的故障较多,维修量大,影响着锅炉的正常使用。锅炉材质制造质量是造成炉排、燃烧室故障的重要原因。 (1)材质要求不高。为降低造价,炉排侧密封铁多采用HT200,其耐热温度较低易造成高温烧损、变形卡链条。由于炉膛内温度较高,故宜采用耐热铸铁制造。如RQTA122,在空气炉气中耐热温度到1100℃。炉排主链条也宜采用耐热铸铁,以保证长久良好的机械性能。
