本文介绍了汽车空调中部分内循环实现方式,以及部分内循环对整车风量的影响。通过试验和模拟的方式,详细讨论了机械式内循环和电子式内循环两种方式采用部分内循环对整车制冷、加热除雾除霜性能的影响。从整车能耗角度,考察了不同压缩机形式下采用部分内循环对功耗影响。研究成果可以指导汽车空调开发的工程实践。
This article describes some of the car air conditioners within the loop to achieve, as well as part of the cycle of the vehicle air volume. By means of experiment and simulation, the influence of partial internal circulation of mechanical internal circulation and electronic internal circulation on the cooling and heating defrosting defrosting performance of the whole vehicle is discussed in detail. From the perspective of vehicle energy consumption, the effects of different internal circulation of the compressor on the power consumption are investigated. The research results can guide the engineering practice of automotive air conditioning development.
