氨吡酮(Amrinone)为近年来人工合成的强心药。国外资料报导,该品具正性肌力与扩血管作用,口服与静脉给药均能治疗充血性心力衰竭。然而氨吡酮的强心作用机制尚未阐明,国内亦未见到有关对氨吡酮的药理研究与临床报导。本文观察国产氨吡酮(南京药学院提供)对麻醉犬左室心功能、离体灌流兔心、离体兔主动脉条的作用,并利用体外培养心肌细胞为模型,观察氨吡酮对培养心肌细胞搏动功能、环核苷酸及腺苷环化酶活性的影响,籍此探讨其作用机制。
Amrinone is a synthetic cardiac drug in recent years. Foreign information reported that the goods with positive inotropic and vasodilator effects, oral and intravenous administration can treat congestive heart failure. However, the mechanism of cardiac action of amrinone has not been elucidated, and no domestic pharmacological studies and clinical reports on the antibiotics have been reported. In this paper, we observed the effects of domestic aminopyrazone (provided by Nanjing Pharmaceutical College) on left ventricular cardiac function, isolated rabbit heart and isolated aortic strips from anesthetized dogs. Using cultured cardiac myocytes as model, Cardiomyocyte pulsatility, cyclic nucleotide and adenylyl cyclase activity, to explore its mechanism of action.
