贵州省地处西南喀斯特地质地貌区,生态较为脆弱,面临着许多自然灾害的威胁。但贵州省目前还没有出台综合性的灾害防治法规。文章对贵州省现有灾害防治法规进行评析,分析其存在的问题,并对贵州省灾害防治综合立法提出建议。
Guizhou Province is located in the karst geomorphological zone of Southwest China. Its ecology is relatively fragile and it faces many natural disasters. However, there is no comprehensive disaster prevention and control regulation in Guizhou Province. The article reviews the existing laws and regulations on disaster prevention and control in Guizhou Province, analyzes the existing problems and makes suggestions on the comprehensive legislation on disaster prevention in Guizhou Province.
