目的:观察锡类散与西药联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:随机将112例患者分为治疗组与对照组,各组均为56例,治疗组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶片和泼尼松30~40 mg/d口服并在此基础上加用锡类散灌肠,对照组服用柳氮磺胺吡啶片口服,氢化可的松琥珀酸钠盐灌肠液100~200 mg/次,每晚1次,保留灌肠,两组疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.52%,与对照组比较P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎优于单纯西药治疗的疗效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of tin powder and western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
