目的:电位滴定测定消毒灭菌剂中戊二醛的含量,并与人工滴定的酸碱滴定法比较。方法:以0.25 mol/L硫酸溶液为标准滴定液,分别采用电位滴定和酸碱滴定法测定消毒灭菌剂中戊二醛的含量,并将测定结果计算变异系数、建立直线回归方程。结果:对2.0%~2.2%的戊二醛含量进行测定时,两种方法在相关试剂静置反应时间为60~90 m in时反应平稳、戊二醛含量稳定。电位滴定变异系数(0.08%)明显低于人工滴定(0.60%),其中电位滴定法在戊二醛含量为0.5%~2.0%的范围内,与硫酸滴定液呈完全的线性相关(r=1.000)。结论:采用电位滴定法测定消毒灭菌剂中戊二醛的含量,具有终点容易判断、误差小、精密度高等优点,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: Potentiometric titration was used to determine the content of glutaraldehyde in disinfectant and compared with acid-base titration by artificial titration. Methods: 0.25 mol / L sulfuric acid solution was used as standard titration solution. The content of glutaraldehyde in disinfection and sterilization agent was determined by potentiometric titration and acid-base titration respectively. The coefficient of variation was calculated and the linear regression equation was established. Results: When the glutaraldehyde content of 2.0% ~ 2.2% was measured, the two methods showed stable reaction with the relative reagent standing reaction time of 60 ~ 90 mins, and the content of glutaraldehyde was stable. The coefficient of variation of potentiometric titration (0.08%) was significantly lower than that of artificial titration (0.60%). Potentiometric titration showed a completely linear correlation with sulfuric acid titration solution (r = 1.000 ). Conclusion: Potentiometric titration of glutaraldehyde in disinfection and sterilization agent has the advantages of end point easy to judge, small error and high precision, which is worth popularizing and applying.
