采用60Co-γ射线对秸秆粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)复合材料进行了辐射改性,研究了三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)的吸收剂量和辐射敏化剂含量对秸秆粉/PBS复合材料力学性能和热学性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了秸秆粉/PBS复合材料在辐射改性前后的冲击断面。结果表明,当TAIC含量为2%时,秸秆粉/PBS复合材料经30 kGy剂量辐射后,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了25%和39.8%;辐射对秸秆粉/PBS复合材料的热稳定性能的影响不明显;辐射增强了秸秆粉和PBS之间的界面粘结性。
Radiation modification of straw powder / polybutylene succinate (PBS) composite was carried out by 60Co-γ ray. The effects of absorbed dose of triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) and radiation sensitizer Content on the mechanical properties and thermal properties of straw powder / PBS composites. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the impact cross section of straw powder / PBS composite before and after radiation modification. The results showed that when the content of TAIC was 2%, the tensile strength and flexural strength of straw / PBS composites increased by 25% and 39.8% respectively after radiation at 30 kGy.
