1.影响身体健康人在活动时,心跳加快,心肌收缩力增强,血流量增加;而人在休息状态时,心脏随之处于休息状态。如果长时间地睡眠,就会干扰心脏活动和休息的规律,久之,会使心脏收缩乏力,复又活动,心跳不已、疲倦不堪、全身无力,因此只好再躺下,形成恶性循环,影响身体健康。
