目的了解多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌Ⅲ型分泌系统毒力基因exo U、exo S、exo T和exo Y的携带情况及耐药相关性。方法收集2家医院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药株50株、非多重耐药株50株,回顾性分析两组菌株对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药情况;采用PCR法检测毒力基因exo U、exo S、exo T和exo Y的携带情况及基因型别,数据进行χ2检验。结果 PCR结果显示多重耐药株中exo T基因阳性的占100%(50/50)、exo U基因阳性的占34%(17/50)、exo S基因阳性的占56%(28/50)、exo Y基因阳性的占90%(45/50);非多重耐药株中exo T、exo U、exo S、exo Y基因的阳性率分别是100%(50/50)、36%(18/50)、62%(31/50)和86%(43/50);铜绿假单胞菌中有57%(57/100)为exo U-/exo S+/exo T+/exo Y+型,有30%(30/100)为exo U+/exo S-/exo T+/exo Y+型,未检出exo U和exo S同时为阳性或阴性的菌株。结论 exo T和exo Y基因普遍存在于铜绿假单胞菌株中,多重耐药株和非多重耐药株的exo U、exo S、exo T及exo Y基因携带率无明显差异。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the carriers and drug resistance of the virulence genes exo U, exo S, exo T and exo Y of the multi-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa type III secretion system. Methods Fifty clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were collected from two hospitals and 50 non-multi-drug resistant strains were collected. The drug resistance of the two strains to commonly used antibiotics was retrospectively analyzed. The virulence Genes exo U, exo S, exo T and exo Y carrying status and genotype, the data for χ2 test. Results The results of PCR showed that exo-T gene was 100% (50/50), exo-U gene was 34% (17/50), and exo S-gene was 56% (28/50) , While the positive rate of exo Y gene was 90% (45/50). The positive rates of exo T, exo U, exo S and exo Y genes in non-multidrug resistant strains were 100% (50/50) and 36% (18% / 57%), 62% (31/50) and 86% (43/50) respectively; 57% (57/100) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were exo U- / exo S + / exo T + / exo Y + 30% (30/100) were exo U + / exo S- / exo T + / exo Y + and no positive or negative exo U and exo S were detected. Conclusion The exo T and exo Y genes are common in Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. There is no significant difference in the exo U, exo S, exo T and exo Y gene carrier rates between multidrug resistant and non multidrug resistant strains.
