研究了一种从氧化钼钨粗精矿高压浸出液中提取钼钨的新工艺,该工艺包括浸出液预处理、沉钼钨、固液分离、产品干燥等工序。试验用浸出液含Mo 27.26g/L、WO35.70g/L,在pH值7~8、沉淀时间1h、反应温度80℃、氯化钙加入量为理论量2.15倍的条件下,Mo沉淀率99.94%,WO3沉淀率85.08%,所得钼钨酸钙产品中含Mo 36.08%、WO37.11%,杂质P、As含量分别为0.012%、0.004 5%。该工艺流程简单,可操作性好,钼钨回收率高。
A new process for the extraction of molybdenum and tungsten from the high-pressure leaching solution of crude molybdenum and molybdenum tungsten was studied. The process includes leaching solution pretreatment, molybdenum and tungsten, solid-liquid separation and product drying. The experimental leaching solution containing Mo 27.26g / L, WO35.70g / L, the pH value of 7 to 8, the precipitation time of 1h, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the amount of calcium chloride is 2.15 times the theoretical amount of Mo precipitation rate of 99.94 %, The precipitation rate of WO3 is 85.08%. The obtained calcium molybdate tungstate product contains 36.08% Mo, 37.11% WO, and the impurity P and As contents are 0.012% and 0.004 5% respectively. The process is simple, good maneuverability, molybdenum and tungsten recovery rate.
