目的为了解闵行区医疗机构放射工作人员个人剂量监测情况。方法我们对闵行区2012年放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果进行调查。结果各类工种的放射工作人员的人均年剂量当量范围为0.4296~2.1282mSv·a-1,均低于国家规定限值,从事核医学的放射工作人员人均年剂量当量最高,为2.1282 mSv·a-1。结论各类工种的放射工作人员的人均年剂量当量均低于国家规定限值,但在个人防护上仍应该加强。
Objective To understand the personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in medical institutions in Minhang District. Methods We investigated the personal dose monitoring results of radiation workers in Minhang District in 2012. Results The per capita annual equivalent dose range of radiation workers of various types of work ranged from 0.4296 to 2.1282 mSv · a-1, which were lower than the national limit. The annual equivalent dose per capita of nuclear radiation workers was 2.1282 mSv · a -1. Conclusion The per capita annual equivalent dose of radiation workers in various types of work is lower than the national limit, but should be strengthened in personal protection.
