本研究通过实战训练方法研究,进一步认识女子摔跤运动员在赛前训练阶段生化指标变化的规律,对国家队赛前训练阶段的重点运动员进行了部分生化指标跟踪研究,旨在为该训练方法科学的运用提供理论依据并推广该训练方法在运动训练中的运用。研究结果发现:世锦赛和奥运会选拔赛比赛即刻血乳酸要高于教学比赛后血乳酸水平,而且奥运会第二次选拔赛后即刻血乳酸水平要显著高于教学比赛各组;6分钟×4组的实战训练对于提高运动员的有氧能力也许是有帮助的。
Through the study of actual combat training methods, this study further understand the regularity of the changes of biochemical indexes of the wrestlers during the pre-competition training stage, track the biochemical indexes of the key athletes during the pre-competition training phase, and aim to provide a scientific Apply theoretical basis and promote the use of the training method in sports training. The results showed that blood lactate immediately after World Championship and Olympic trials was higher than that of blood lactic acid after teaching competition, and blood lactate level immediately after the second Olympic trials was significantly higher than that of teaching competitions. Training may be helpful in improving the aerobic capacity of athletes.
