目的掌握“5.12”汶川大地震极重灾区青川县病媒生物种类及密度动态,为病媒生物和媒介生物性疾病防制提供科学依据。方法 蚊、蝇密度采用目测法,鼠密度采用鼠迹法。结果蚊、蝇、鼠总平均密度分别为9.40只/(人工.h)、1.38只/m2、0.48处/2 000 m。蚊密度呈逐月下降趋势;蝇密度6 7月波动幅度不大,7月后呈下降趋势,鼠密度一直控制在较低水平,蚊、蝇密度6 7月超过杀虫指标,7月后未超标。结论病媒生物应急监测工作对地震灾区病媒生物防治工作的开展起到了很好的指导和规范作用,有效控制了蚊、蝇、鼠密度,降低了媒介生物性疾病发生的风险,阻断了相关疾病暴发。
OBJECTIVE To master the species and density dynamics of vectors in Qingchuan County, a severely affected area affected by the “5.12 ” Wenchuan Earthquake, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of vector-borne organisms and vector biological diseases. Methods mosquito, fly density using visual method, mouse density using the mouse method. Results The average density of mosquitoes, flies and rats were 9.40 / (artificial h), 1.38 / m 2 and 0.48 / 2 000 m respectively. Mosquito density showed a month-by-month downward trend; flies density in July fluctuated less, after July showed a downward trend, the rat density has been controlled at a lower level, mosquitoes, flies density in July than the insecticide index, July after Exceeded. Conclusion The monitoring of vector bio-emergency has played a good guiding and normative role in the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases in earthquake-stricken areas, effectively controlling mosquito, fly and rat density, reducing the risk of vector bio-disease and blocking Related disease outbreaks.
