文章认为仅仅依靠政府和盈利性组织来提供公共文化服务还远远不够,需要让更多的非营利艺术团体参与到公共文化服务中。文章对非营利性艺术团体对公共文化的作用进行研究,希望能对中国非营利艺术团体的发展提供帮助。
The article argues that it is far from enough to rely solely on government and for-profit organizations to provide public cultural services, and to involve more non-profit art organizations in public cultural services. The article studies the role of non-profit arts groups in public culture and hopes to help the development of non-profit arts organizations in China.
