以1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为硬段,聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)为软段,赖氨酸乙酯盐酸盐(Lys-OEt)为扩链剂合成了一种新型聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯弹性体,并制成聚氨酯膜,在不同温度和时间下对聚氨酯进行退火热处理。采用FT-IR、1H-NMR对聚氨酯进行结构分析;热处理前后,通过AFM、XRD和力学测试仪对聚氨酯进行性能测试。结果表明:热处理使赖氨酸乙酯扩链聚氨酯微相分离的程度变大,结晶性能更好,力学性能提高,弹性回复率增大。
In this paper, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) as hard segment, polycarbonate diol (PCDL) as soft segment and Lys-OEt as chain extender A new type of polycarbonate polyurethane elastomer, and made of polyurethane film, the polyurethane at different temperatures and time annealing heat treatment. The structure of polyurethane was analyzed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. Before and after heat treatment, the properties of polyurethane were tested by AFM, XRD and mechanical tester. The results show that heat treatment makes the degree of separation of lysine ethyl ester chain extended polyurethane slightly larger, the crystallization performance is better, the mechanical properties are improved, and the elastic recovery rate is increased.
