不同浓度阿苯达唑体外抗微小膜壳绦虫形态学研究

应用形态学方法观察比较了不同浓度的阿苯达唑体外对微小膜壳绦虫及其虫卵的损伤作用。结果显示 ,48h各实验组虫体活力明显下降 ,72 h高浓度组虫体均死亡。虫体损伤主要表现在两个方面 :1皮层损伤。出现皮层水肿增粗、绒毛脱落 ,皮层区基底膜及皮下肌细胞脱落 ;2实质区损伤。海绵状实质区呈空网格状高度透亮 ,出现空泡 ,排泄管明显扩张 ,细胞有核固缩、核碎裂现象发生。且随着药物浓度升高和作用时间延长 ,组织损伤愈加严重。48h虫卵出现形态改变 ,数量明显减少。表明阿苯达唑对微小膜壳绦虫及其虫卵均具有较强的损伤作用 Morphological observation was used to compare the effects of different concentrations of albendazole on tapeworm and its eggs in vitro. The results showed that the viability of each experimental group decreased significantly at 48h, and all the parasites died at the high concentration of 72h. Insect damage mainly in two aspects: a cortical injury. Cortical edema thickening, villi shedding, cortical basement membrane and subcutaneous muscle cells shedding; 2 real area injury. The sponge-like parenchyma area was highly translucent with empty grids, with vacuoles, obvious dilatation of excretory tubes, nuclear pyknosis and nuclear fragmentation. And with the drug concentration and duration of action, tissue damage is more serious. 48h eggs appear morphological changes, the number decreased significantly. Albendazole showed that tapeworm and its eggs have a strong role in the damage
