简单再生产是资本运动的基本形态之一,也是各类中小企业的一种生存方式。在鼓励扩大再生产的同时,应充分评估简单再生产的积极作用和社会功能,不能将简单再生产与停滞不加分析地相提并论,政府部门应努力创造利于中小企业自存自立、和谐发展的外部环境。
Simple reproduction is one of the basic forms of capital movement and a way of life for all kinds of SMEs. While encouraging the expansion of reproduction, the positive effects and social functions of simple reproduction should be fully assessed. The simple reproduction should not be compared with the analysis of stagnation. The government should strive to create an external environment conducive to the self-reliance and harmonious development of SMEs.
