高职学生在基础教育学段,学习成绩长期处于中下水平,缺少教师和家长的鼓励,自卑心较强,学习自觉性不强,自律性差。进入高职院校后,面对这样的学生,高职教师简单的说服教育、榜样示范等传统教育方法,难以再说服他们。高职学生的这些特点决定了高职教育更要注重师生之间的有效沟通,只有建立融洽的师生关系,才能保证教学有效有序地进行。
Higher vocational students in basic education, academic performance long-term at the lower middle level, the lack of teachers and parents to encourage, strong sense of inferiority, learning consciousness is not strong, poor self-discipline. After entering vocational colleges, in the face of such students, vocational teachers simply persuade education, model demonstration and other traditional methods of education, it is difficult to convince them. These characteristics of higher vocational students determine that vocational education should pay more attention to the effective communication between teachers and students. Only by establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students can the teaching be conducted in an effective and orderly manner.
