目的调查浙江省丽水市狂犬病病毒在动物宿主中的感染率,为防制该病提供科学依据。方法收集丽水市狂犬病疫区犬和猫的脑组织标本,用DFA和RT-PCR方法分别检测狂犬病病毒抗原及核酸,确定阳性标本。结果犬脑组织阳性标本9份,分动物宿主类别时其阳性率为6.72%,不分动物宿主类别时其阳性率为6.16%,猫脑组织中未检出阳性标本。结论首次在丽水市用免疫学和分子生物学方法进行狂犬病病毒的实验室检测,狂犬病病毒在丽水狂犬病疫区的动物宿主(尤其是犬)之间相互传播,犬狂犬病疫情存在扩散的现象。
Objective To investigate the infection rate of rabies virus in animal hosts in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of the disease. Methods The brain tissues of dogs and cats in rabies-infected area of Lishui City were collected, and the positive samples were detected by DFA and RT-PCR respectively. Results There were 9 positive samples in canine brain tissue and 6.72% in animal subtype. The positive rate was 6.16% regardless of the animal host type, and no positive samples were found in the brain tissue of cats. Conclusion For the first time in Lishui City, laboratory tests of rabies virus by means of immunology and molecular biology were conducted. The rabies virus spread between animal hosts (especially dogs) in Lishui rabies-endemic areas and the spread of rabies epidemic in dogs.
