北京地铁是我国修建的第一条地下铁道。在北京地铁建设发展过程中,党和国家领导人给予了亲切关怀。从20世纪50年代到80年代,邓小平曾三次亲临北京地铁视察,并多次作过重要指示和批示。我于1968年七八月间调入北京地铁公司,后任总公司办公室副主任,亲身经历了北京地铁的筹建、建设和运营的发展过程,现将了解的有关情况做一个简要的回忆。1956年8月18日,中共北京市委向中共中央呈送关于筹建北京地铁的专题报告。同年9月3日,邓小平代表中共中央批示:“关于北京地
