目的通过对病案管理员慎独意识的评价,保证病案管理的质量。方法设定了通过对整体素质、工作质量、科室满意度、制度落实坚决性等四个方面进行定性评价。结论具有良好的素质病案管理员不会发生渎职行为、慎独意识强者不发生低劣的工作质量,满意度调查能较直观地反映出素质高低及质量优劣,制度落实坚决与否是评价慎独意识的最重要因素,也是最客观的评价因素。
Objective To ensure the quality of medical record management through careful and independent evaluation of case managers. The method set up a qualitative evaluation of the four aspects of the overall quality, work quality, department satisfaction, system implementation and other aspects. Conclusion There is a good quality of record case administrators who do not suffer from malpractice behaviors, and those who are strong enough to be aware of themselves do not suffer from poor quality of work. Satisfaction surveys can more intuitively reflect the quality level and quality, and whether the implementation of the system is resolute or not is the evaluation of caution and independence. The most important factor is the most objective evaluation factor.
