目的:HPLC法测定复方清肺止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱进行含量测定。结果:盐酸麻黄碱的回归方程Y=1.12×103X+4.79X,r=0.999 7,盐酸麻黄碱在0.372～1.86μg呈良好的线性关系,重复性RSD 1.84%,平均回收率97.39%。结论:盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法稳定,重复性好,可作为复方制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Fufang Qingfei Zhike Granules by HPLC. Methods: The content of ephedrine hydrochloride in ephedra was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The regression equation of ephedrine hydrochloride was Y = 1.12 × 103X + 4.79X, r = 0.999 7. Ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linearity between 0.372 and 1.86 μg with a repeatability of 1.84% RSD and an average recovery of 97.39%. Conclusion: The method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride is stable and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for compound preparations.
