Demonstration of de-THP inhibits hypoxic pulmonary vascular remodeling and right ventricular hypertrophy in rats, using histological measurements (pulmonary vascular myo- ization, RV/FBW, RV/HW, and %MT) and immunohistochemistry (Desmin). Can confirm 654-2 similar effect.
