据湖北省非遗保护中心相关人士介绍,已正式推荐热干面参评第四批国家级“非遗”。申遗主要是为将制面技术发扬光大,挖掘热干面背后的文化内涵,更好继承和发展传统文化。武汉自古是长江边的重要商埠,饮食融会各地特色。在众多小吃中,热干面最有名气,也是当地人“过早”(吃早餐)的首选。将面条煮熟沥水,拌上香油等佐料,就成了一份“爽而劲道、黄而油润、香而鲜美”的热干面。
According to the non-heritage protection center in Hubei Province stakeholders, has officially recommended hot dry noodles to comment on the fourth batch of national “non-heritage ”.
