潘天寿(1897-1971)早年名天授,字大颐,号阿寿,常自署雷婆头峰寿者。中国现代画家、美术教育家,长期从事绘画活动和美术教学。中华人民共和国成立后,曾任中国美术家协会副主席、浙江美术学院院长。潘天寿一生以弘扬民族美术为己任,淡泊名利,刚正不阿。擅长写意花鸟和山水画,能融诗、书、画、印于一炉,创造了沉雄阔大、苍古高华的艺术风格。著有《中国绘画史》《治印谈丛》等。1997年3月14日,正值潘天寿诞辰100周年纪念日,中华人民共和国邮电部发行一套《潘天寿作品选》特
