由于高效档案管理工作有别于其他职工的工作,它的基本要求是工作人员能够事无巨细事必躬亲的态度去完成机械性作业,对于参与这类工作的人员,常常会产生倦怠消极的态度。对于产生这样的不良影响的原因,可以分为两点,一是客观条件,即社会与认知文化,二是主管条件,从事这门工作人员的心态。对于这种倦怠、消极的职业态度不仅会停滞从事这类工作人员的身心健康,也影响高校的教育质量。高校针对这类情况,应该及时找到相应的解决措施。
Since efficient file management is different from that of other employees, its basic requirement is that staff members should be able to complete mechanical work in a manner that is neither ministerial nor personal, and often leads to a negative attitude toward fatigue in those involved in such work. The reasons for such adverse effects can be divided into two points, one is the objective conditions, that is, social and cognitive culture, the second is the competent conditions, the staff engaged in the mentality. Negative occupational attitudes toward this burnout not only stall the physical and mental well-being of such workers but also affect the quality of education in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities for such cases, we should find the appropriate solution.
