呷村银多金属矿为多层急倾斜薄至中厚矿体,采用浅孔留矿法开采,存在贫化率高、损失率高、空区多、地压显现等问题。为解决以上问题,结合矿体特征和现场情况开展了采矿方法优化研究,针对银铜矿体和独立铅锌矿体分别选择了不同的开采方案,并对优化后的采矿方法进行了技术经济比较。结果表明,优化后的采矿方法能更好地回采矿体,显著改善了矿体的贫化、损失,提高了矿山的盈利能力。
The Qiucun silver polymetallic deposit is a multi-layer, steep-inclined, thin to medium-sized orebody that is mined by shallow-hole residual ore mining. There are problems such as high depletion rate, high loss rate, too many airspace and ground pressure. In order to solve the above problems, the optimization of mining methods was carried out based on the features of the ore bodies and the site conditions. Different mining schemes were selected for the silver-copper ore bodies and the independent lead-zinc ore bodies, and the technical and economic comparison was made between the optimized mining methods . The results show that the optimized mining method can recover the ore body better, significantly improve the depletion and loss of the orebody, and improve the profitability of the mine.
