伤湿解痛喷涂剂系由红花、当归、冰片、细辛、防己等８味中药制成的外用制剂，治疗急性软组织损伤９５例，治愈５３例；显效２５例。总有效率为９３．７％。药效学实验显示，该制剂可明显提高小鼠足部接触热灼刺激的痛阈值（Ｐ＜０．０５），显著减少小鼠因醋酸刺激的扭体次数（Ｐ＜０．０１），对于二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀具有显著抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。 The wound-wetting and soothing spray is an external preparation made from 8 Chinese herbs such as safflower, angelica, borneol, Asarum, and Fangji, treating 95 cases of acute soft tissue injury, cured 53 cases, and markedly effective in 25 cases. The total effective rate is 93.7%. Pharmacodynamic experiments showed that the preparation can significantly increase the pain threshold of mice’s foot contact with heat burn stimulation (P<0.05), and significantly reduce the number of mice twisted by acetic acid stimulation (P<0.01). Mouse ear swelling caused by xylene had a significant inhibitory effect (P<0.05).
