一、前言 在发动机研制过程中,我们在台架加力燃烧室尾喷口测定了排气浓度分布,用燃气分析法获得了加力燃烧室中的油气分布、燃烧效率分布以及出口燃烧温度分布,为诊断加力燃烧室内燃烧过程提供了极为重要的数据. 首先,我们设计了适用于高温高速排气流测量的十字形水冷取样器,其中配备有电磁遥控燃气收集机构,每次可获得25点燃气气样.分析仪器采用一台SP-2307气相色谱仪,经过气路的全面改装成,为适应台架测试的多组分分析仪,可同时测出二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氢、氧、氮、碳氢化合物等七种组分.
