目的了解南京市30岁以下健康人群百日咳、白喉、破伤风抗体免疫水平。评价百白破疫苗的免疫效果,为今后免疫规划工作制定科学的免疫方案和接种质量监测提供依据。方法采集696名30岁以下健康人群血清,采用微量凝集试验测定百日咳抗体水平,采用间接血凝法(IHA)测定白喉和破伤风抗体水平。结果百日咳的几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶69.23,抗体阳性率为85.1%,抗体保护率为24.3%;白喉的GMT为1∶38.90;抗体阳性率和保护率分别为86.9%,76.1%;破伤风的GMT为1∶48.92;抗体阳性率为85.9%,保护率为78.4%。百日咳的各年龄组之间抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义,但抗体保护率和GMT差异均有统计学意义;白喉和破伤风的各年龄组之间抗体阳性率、抗体保护率和GMT差异均有统计学意义。结论百日咳、白喉和破伤风抗体在30岁以下人群中形成了较好的免疫屏障,但GMT在15岁以后有明显降低,因此要加强对大年龄组百日咳、白喉和破伤风的预防控制工作。
Objective To understand the immunization of pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus antibodies in healthy people under the age of 30 in Nanjing. To evaluate the immune effect of Baitai broken vaccine and provide a scientific basis for the future immunization planning to develop a scientific immunization program and inoculation quality monitoring. Methods Serum levels of 696 healthy people under 30 years of age were collected. The level of pertussis antibody was determined by microagglutination test and the levels of diphtheria and tetanus were determined by indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA). Results The geometric mean titer (GMT) of pertussis was 1:69.23, the positive rate of antibody was 85.1%, the antibody protection rate was 24.3%, the diphtheria GMT was 1:38.90, the antibody positive rate and protective rate were 86.9% and 76.1% ; Tetanus GMT 1:48.92; antibody positive rate was 85.9%, the protection rate was 78.4%. There was no significant difference in antibody positive rate among all age groups of pertussis, but there was significant difference between antibody protection rate and GMT. The positive rates of antibody, antibody protection rate and GMT between diphtheria and tetanus in all age groups There is statistical significance. Conclusions Pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus antibodies form a good immune barrier in the under-30 population, but the GMT is significantly reduced after the age of 15 years. Therefore, the prevention and control of whooping cough, diphtheria and tetanus in older age groups should be strengthened.
