“反学校文化”是指与学校主流文化相悖的一种文化现象,现阶段其在文化行为上主要表现为青少年对长期以来形成的“正统”的学校教育文化及其精神的反叛、挑战与抵制。青少年“反学校文化”既具有消极影响,但同时也是学校教育自身变革与发展、学校文化改进的潜在推动力量。在文化发展呈现多元化与全球化的总体趋势下,以社会“核心价值观”引领青少年学生的价值评价与选择,提高他们的文化批判意识及文化判断能力,既是引导青少年文化合理建构的基本策略,也是现阶段我国学校文化建设的重要方向。
