简述了X射线荧光光谱分析的基本原理以及EDXRF的工作原理,从制作工艺、呈色机理、时空判别、文物保护四个方面列举了近些年来EDXRF在古陶瓷研究中的应用现状,最后指出EDXRF在古陶瓷研究中存在的不足及展望。本文旨在推动EDXRF在古陶瓷研究领域得到更加广泛和深入的应用。
The basic principle of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and the working principle of EDXRF are briefly described. The application status of EDXRF in the research of ancient ceramics in recent years is listed from four aspects: the production process, the coloring mechanism, the space-time discrimination and the cultural relic protection. Finally, The Defects and Prospects of EDXRF in Ancient Ceramics Research. This paper aims to promote EDXRF in the field of ancient ceramics to be more extensive and in-depth application.
