车轮是影响操纵稳定性的主要因素之一。近年来,随着操纵稳定性技术水平的提高,准确测定车轮侧偏特性也是非常必要的。车轮的定位角有前束角(车轮前进方向和X轴的夹角)和外倾角(车轮中心平面和X—Z平面的夹角),本文将外倾角产生的侧向力简称CF,回正力矩简称SAT并与前束角产生的CF、SAT分别处理,利用模拟操纵稳定性的方法计算CF时,多采用以外倾角为零,前束角所产生的CF与以前束角为零,外倾角所产生的CF相叠加的处理疗法,由于外倾角产生的SAT非常小,可以忽略不计。
The wheel is one of the main factors that affect the stability of steering. In recent years, with the improvement of the technical level of handling stability, it is very necessary to accurately measure the characteristics of the wheel lateral deflection. The positioning angle of the wheel has a toe angle (the angle between the wheel’s forward direction and the X axis) and the camber (the angle between the wheel center plane and the X-Z plane). In this paper, the lateral force generated by the camber angle is referred to as CF, Torque referred to as SAT and CF and SAT generated by toe angle are respectively processed. When CF is calculated by simulating steering stability, CF with zero toe angle, CF with toe angle of zero and camber angle The resultant treatment of the CF-phase stack is negligible due to the very small SAT generated by the camber.
