本文将房间空调热过程的分析方法引入汽车空调车室热过程的分析,从空调车室的非稳态传热过程出发,建立了空调车室的除热量、冷负荷与室温变动的数学模型;并探讨了模型的数值解法。采用现代控制理论中对扰量和响应的离散化处理方法,求出了冷负荷对环境温度变化和得热量变化的反应系数和传递函数;得出了车室内温度变动的数学表达式。对样车的空调冷负荷和室温变化进行了计算,计算值与实验值吻合较好。
In this paper, the analysis of the hot process of air conditioning in the room is introduced into the thermal process of the car air conditioner. Based on the unsteady heat transfer process of the air conditioner car, a mathematical model of heat removal, cooling load and room temperature of the air conditioner car is established. The numerical solution of the model is also discussed. The reaction coefficient and transfer function of the cooling load to the changes of ambient temperature and heat gain were obtained by discretization of the disturbance and response in the modern control theory. The mathematical expression of the temperature change in the vehicle interior was obtained. The air-conditioning cooling load and the change of room temperature of the prototype car were calculated. The calculated values agree well with the experimental values.
