目的探讨县级医院检验科人员的职业危害因素并提出针对性预防措施。方法通过临床观察分析认识检验工作过程中的潜在职业危害因素,提出可行的职业防护对策。结果检验工作中存在许多职业危害因素,工作人员的自我防护意识有待提高。结论根据县级医院检验科的职业危害因素,制定、执行科室各项操作规程及防护措施是保障检验人员职业安全的重要对策。
Objective To explore the occupational hazards of laboratory staff in county hospitals and to put forward targeted preventive measures. Methods Through clinical observation and analysis of potential occupational hazards in the inspection process, put forward feasible occupational protection measures. As a result, there are many occupational hazards in the inspection work, and the staff’s self-protection awareness needs to be improved. Conclusion According to the occupational hazards of the county hospital laboratory, it is an important countermeasure to ensure the occupational safety of the inspectors to formulate and implement the operating procedures and protective measures of the department.
