This paper introduces a new method of designing support structure by using the special conditions of Huai Hai Square civil air defense works and surrounding structures. The Laplace equation of elastic foundation beam and steady seepage are used to design and calculate the supporting system and precipitation irrigation system. Practice shows that the new design method and design calculation result are reasonable
