目的探索石英粉尘接尘者外周静脉血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性影响因素。方法以整群抽样研究方法,抽取健康的职业性石英粉尘接尘者179名,分别采集外周静脉血2ml,以肝素钠抗凝,运用二硫代二硝基苯甲酸法测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活力,并计算GSH-px活性水平的平均值作为参考标准;以考马斯亮蓝法测定红细胞膜蛋白含量;利用自制的调查表对8个可能的影响因素进行调查,同时,对厂内各工序点的生产环境噪声及粉尘浓度2个因素进行现场监测,共计考察10个可能因素;按样本红细胞膜GSH-px活性大于或小于参考值标准进行二分变量分类,并以此二分变量为应变量,以被考察的10个可能影响因素为自变量,运用成组资料的非条件Logistic回归分析模型进行筛选,寻找主要影响因素。结果接尘工龄、工序点粉尘浓度、防护口罩使用情况、饮茶习惯及吸烟指数等5个因素,最终进入了回归方程(α=0.05)。结论石英粉尘接尘人员红细胞膜GSH-px活性主要受接尘工龄、工序点粉尘浓度、防护口罩使用情况、饮茶及吸烟等5个因素的影响。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of glutathione peroxidase activity in peripheral venous blood of quartz dust dusted by dust. METHODS: A total of 179 healthy quartz dust samples were collected from a cluster sampling study. Peripheral venous blood samples (2 ml) were collected and anticoagulated with heparin sodium. Glutathione Oxidase (GSH-px) activity, and calculate the average GSH-px activity level as a reference standard; Coomassie brilliant blue method for determination of membrane protein content; use of self-made questionnaire survey of eight possible influencing factors, At the same time, two factors of production environment noise and dust concentration at each working point in the factory were monitored on site, and a total of 10 possible factors were investigated. According to the samples, the erythrocyte membrane GSH-px activity was classified as the dichotomous variable The dichotomous variables were dependent variables, and the ten possible influencing factors were used as independent variables. The non-conditional Logistic regression analysis model of the group data was used to screen the main influencing factors. Results Five factors, including dusting service life, dust concentration at working procedure, usage of protective mask, drinking habits and smoking index, finally entered the regression equation (α = 0.05). Conclusion GSH-px activity of erythrocyte membrane in quartz dust-dusting workers is mainly affected by five factors: dusting service life, dust concentration at the process point, use of protective masks, drinking tea and smoking.
