新时期高职院校主要向培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业方向发展,这对高职教师提出更高的要求。高职教师定位的变化,角色的转变,必将要求知识结构的更新,本文对高职教师的自我定位和知识结构更新进行了创新性探讨。
The higher vocational colleges in the new period mainly develop diversified talents, inherit technical skills and promote employment and entrepreneurship, which sets higher demands on higher vocational teachers. Higher vocational teachers ’orientation and change of roles will inevitably require the renewal of knowledge structure. This paper discusses the innovation of higher vocational teachers’ self-orientation and knowledge structure renewal.
