学校少先队工作计划是大队辅导员从少先队工作者和指导者的身份出发,来表述的对学期或学年少先队工作的打算。大队辅导员一般在开学前就要制定好新学期的少先队工作计划。少先队工作计划在结构上通常由四部分组成:标题,即计划的名称,如,张桥中心小学2008上半年少先队工作计划;正文,即计划的内容,包括基本情况及分析、指导思想、工作目标和任务、工作重点和难点、主要措施和活动安排、奖励办法和注意事项等;结尾,即制定计划的单位和日期;附件,包括工作进度表和其他相关的文字及表格。
