系统研究了四乙基溴化铵氟化物复合模板剂体系中β沸石的生成相区. 结果发现,与经典体系相比,复合模板剂体系可扩大β沸石的生成相区,投料硅铝比从15~58 扩大为10 ~200 , 并使TEABr/SiO2 的合成下限从0-29降低为0-10, 可大大减少有机胺的用量.
The formation phase of zeolite beta in tetraethylammonium bromide-fluoride complex templating system was systematically studied. The results showed that compared with the classical system, the composite templating agent could enlarge the phase of β zeolite, increase the ratio of silica to alumina from 15-58 to 10-200, and decrease the lower limit of TEABr / SiO2 synthesis from 0-29 0-10, can greatly reduce the amount of organic amine.
