Eugenio Barba, native of Italy, later immigrant Norwegian, theater director, theorist, Odin Theater and founder of the International Theater Anthropology School, studied under the Polish dramatist Grottovsky and advocated “ Third Drama ”(Eurasian Drama), emphasizing a theory and practice of anthropology of drama. His work is well-known in today’s theater. “Paper Boat: Introduction to Drama Anthropology” is the first major anthropology drama. With equal emphasis on both practical and practical aspects, the study extracts the essence of the International Theater Anthropology School and focuses on the pre-presentation level of performing arts. In objective analysis and keen observation, it reveals the value of drama as a discipline and a resistance at the same time. These include the dialogue between Western theater masters of the twentieth century and Asian theater artists who are fascinating so that their ideas and techniques can be used in contemporary theater practice.
