目的:探讨脑瘫患儿智力发育水平与感知觉训练效果的相关性。方法:抽取驻马店市中心医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的163例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,均于治疗前评估患儿的智力发育水平,实施常规治疗及感知觉训练,分析患儿智力发育水平与感知觉训练效果的关系。结果:163例脑瘫患儿经感知觉训练后治愈0例,显效31例,有效97例,无效35例,治疗总有效率为78.53%;感知觉训练无效患儿血清生长激素水平及智力测试发育商(DQ)评分均低于训练有效患儿,差异有统计学意义(n P1,n P<0.05)。智力发育水平影响感知觉训练效果的风险因子OR值高于血清生长激素水平。n 结论:脑瘫患儿血清生长激素水平及智力发育水平均与感知觉训练效果密切相关,其中智力发育水平对感知觉训练效果的影响更为明显。“,”Objective:To explore the correlation between the level of intelligence development and the effect of perceptual training in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 163 children with cerebral palsy from January 2018 to January 2020 in Zhumadian Central Hospital were selected as the research objects. Before treatment, the children's intelligence development level was evaluated, and routine treatment and sensory training were implemented, the relationship between the level of intelligence development and the effect of perceptual training was analyzed.Results:Of the 163 children with cerebral palsy after perceptual training, 0 case was cured, 31 cases were markedly effective, 97 cases were effective, and 35 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of treatment was 78.53%; the serum growth hormone levels and DQ scores of children with ineffective sensory training were lower than those with effective training, and the difference was significant statistically (n P1,n P<0.05). The OR value of the risk factor influencing the effect of perceptual training was higher than that of the level of serum growth hormone.n Conclusions:The level of serum growth hormone and the level of intellectual development in children with cerebral palsy are closely related to the effect of sensory and perceptual training. Among them, the level of intellectual development has a more obvious influence on the effect of perceptual training.
