我院妇科自1980年3月至1987年12月对2256例患者施行腹腔镜的诊断和治疗,通过临床手术实践,将其手术时的配合及器械保养总结如下。一、手术前及手术过程的配合手术野皮肤的准备:术区消毒,特别是脐孔一定要用蘸有乙醚的棉签擦洗干净。手术时医生全神贯注行手术操作,往往忽视了仪器的监视,助手及配合护士需密切观察仪表上的指针的动态,协助医生及时发现问题,保证手术顺利进行。
