【目的】观察滋肾宁神胶囊对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老模型大鼠的影响。【方法】选用SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组,模型组,七宝美髯丸组(剂量为2 g.kg-1.d-1),滋肾宁神丸组(剂量为3.33 g.kg-1.d-1),滋肾宁神胶囊高、中、低剂量组(剂量分别为9.96、4.98、2.49 g.kg-1.d-1);除空白对照组外,其他组均采用D-半乳糖(剂量为200 mg.kg-1.d-1)腹腔注射30 d复制亚急性衰老模型,第31天开始各组分别按设计剂量连续给药90 d。取各组大鼠大脑皮层检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量。【结果】模型组大鼠SOD、GSH-PX活力及NE、DA、5-HT含量均下降,MDA含量升高,与空白对照组比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);滋肾宁神胶囊高、中剂量组可升高SOD、GSH-PX活力和NE、DA含量,降低MDA含量,低剂量组可升高SOD、GSH-PX活力和NE含量,与模型组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】滋肾宁神胶囊抗衰老作用与其能提高SOD、GSH-PX活力,增强清除自由基能力,提高单胺类神经递质含量有关。
【Objective】 To observe the effects of Zishen Ning Shen Capsule on rats with sub-acute aging induced by D-galactose. 【Methods】 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Qibao Meizao Pill group (dose of 2 g.kg-1.d-1), Zishen Ning Shen Wan (dose of 3.33 g.kg-1 .d-1), Zishenning Shen capsule high, medium and low dose group (doses were 9.96,4.98,2.49 g.kg-1.d-1); except for the blank control group, the other groups were used D- Subacute aging model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of galactose (200 mg.kg-1.d-1) for 30 days. From the 31st day, the rats in each group were administered with the designed dose for 90 consecutive days. The cerebral cortex of rats in each group were taken out to measure the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), malondialdehyde (MDA) and the neurotransmitter norepinephrine ), Dopamine (DA), serotonin (5-HT) content. 【Results】 The results showed that the activity of SOD, GSH-PX and the contents of NE, DA and 5-HT in model group decreased and the content of MDA increased. Compared with the blank control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Zizhen Ningshen capsule can increase the activities of SOD, GSH-PX and NE, DA and decrease the content of MDA in high and middle dose groups, and increase the activities of SOD, GSH-PX and NE in low dose group compared with model group All of them were significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 The anti-aging effect of Zishen Ning Shen Capsule is related to its ability of increasing the activity of SOD and GSH-PX, enhancing the abilities of scavenging free radicals and increasing the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters.
