城市发展离不开经济、社会、环境三个子系统的发展。科技创新在城市系统中发挥着重要的驱动作用,分别作用于城市系统的经济、社会、环境三个子系统,是城市经济发展的原动力和催化剂。北京市科技创新驱动城市发展取得了一定的成效,其经验可为我国科技创新驱动战略提供参考借鉴。未来应完善科技创新驱动的基础,重点发展创新驱动型经济,以人本理念引导科技支撑城市经济、社会和环境的可持续发展。
Urban development is inseparable from the economic, social and environmental development of the three subsystems. Scientific and technological innovation plays an important role in driving urban system. It plays an important role in the economic, social and environmental sub-systems of urban system, which are the driving force and catalyst of urban economic development. Beijing’s scientific and technological innovation has made some achievements in driving the urban development. Its experience can provide reference for the driving strategy of China’s science and technology innovation. In the future, we should improve the foundation of science and technology innovation, focus on the development of an innovation-driven economy, and guide the science and technology to support the sustainable economic, social and environmental development of cities with the concept of humanism.
