爱是教育的前提和基础,没有爱就没有教育。在教育教学工作中,教师应用激情点燃激情,心灵拥抱心灵。用真挚的爱照亮孩子内心的灯塔,引导他们走出困顿、黑暗、懵懂,春风化雨、润物无声。爱的力量强大而伟大,当一个孩子被爱包围时,奇迹就会发芽、抽条、开花、结果。自担任班主任来,感受颇深。一个班级中的学生总是参差不齐,作为一名班主任,千万不能因为表现不好而放弃对他们的培养与转化。
