中药的创新与发展需要引入和采用最新的生物技术支持。以基因工程技术为核心的现代生物技术,为中药药效评价研究提供了新的思路和方法。本文从中药的药理作用及其机制和中药物质基础两个方面,分析了基因工程技术在中药药效评价领域的应用,并且对研究现状和存在的一些问题进行了探讨。
Innovation and development of Chinese medicine need to introduce and adopt the latest biotechnology support. Modern biotechnology with genetic engineering as the core provides new ideas and methods for the research of Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation. This article analyzes the application of genetic engineering technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation from two aspects of the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine and its mechanism and the material basis of traditional Chinese medicine, and discusses the research status quo and some existing problems.
